What is an offline OST file, how to export emails from OST file to PST format?

The OST file is an offline storage data table which stores in client system. It is copy of Outlook mailbox therefore you can restore emails from them when you are working on offline mode. There are two different solution that restore emails from OST file on the offline exchange server mode. Which is following:-

  1. Manual Process - It is best and inbuilt solution offered by Microsoft that stores emails from OST file successfully. But this process only works when your OST files created by Microsoft Exchange Server synchronized with Outlook 2003. If your OST files of Outlook 2007 then this process fails in recovery of emails from OST files. You can follow the simple procedure for OST Recovery which is following-
